Privacy Policy
The Elite Solution Consultant™

The short version
I collect only what I need to send you the tools, the reader list, and replies you ask for. I do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models. This site uses no tracking cookies. You can ask me to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by writing to privacy@elitesc.ai.
1. Who I am
This website, elitesc.ai, is run by Howard Leary II, author of The Elite Solution Consultant™ ("I," "me," or "my"). I decide how and why your personal information is used, which makes me the "controller" under European law.
Contact me about privacy at privacy@elitesc.ai or by mail at 3035 SE Maricamp Rd #104-310, Ocala, FL 34471. I have not appointed a data protection officer, because the law does not require one for a site of this size.
This policy covers elitesc.ai and the emails I send from it. It does not cover other websites I link to, such as LinkedIn, which have their own policies.
2. Information I collect
I collect information in two ways. You give it to me, or your browser sends it when you visit.

The self-assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and score are never sent to me or stored, and printing your results happens on your own device. I do not collect sensitive information such as health, financial account, government ID, or precise location data. Please do not send it to me.
3. How and why I use it
European law asks me to name a legal basis for each use. Each one is listed below.

Where I rely on legitimate interest, I have weighed it against your privacy and kept collection to the minimum. You can object at any time (see section 9). I will not use your information for a new purpose without telling you first.
I make no automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. The assessment calculates a score you can see in your browser, and nothing else happens with it.
4. Who I share it with
I share personal information only with service providers who help me run the site, under contracts that limit them to my instructions. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. I have not done either in the past 12 months.

I may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect my rights or the safety of others, or to a successor if this business is transferred, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Links to LinkedIn and other sites take you off elitesc.ai. What you share there is governed by their policies.
5. Cookies, browser storage, and privacy signals
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Framer's analytics is cookie-free and creates no persistent identifier, so no cookie banner is needed today. If I ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, I will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
The site does not store anything in your browser. Your download arrives by email when you confirm your address, so there is nothing to unlock on the site and nothing to clear.
There is no agreed standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so the site does not respond to them differently. Since the site does not track you across other websites, nothing would change if it did.
6. International transfers
I am based in the United States, and so are some of my service providers. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States.
When a provider receives your information outside your country, I rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Write to privacy@elitesc.ai for details of the safeguard that applies or a copy of it.
7. How long I keep it
I keep information only as long as it serves the purpose you gave it for, then delete or anonymize it.

8. How I protect it
I use reasonable safeguards for a site of this size. The site runs over encrypted connections, I am the only person with access to subscriber and contact data, and the accounts that hold it use strong, unique passwords and two-factor sign-in. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, I will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Your rights, wherever you live
I extend the rights below to every reader, whatever your country or state. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, they are also your legal rights.
- Access. Ask what information I hold about you and get a copy.
- Correction. Ask me to fix anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion. Ask me to erase your information.
- Restriction. Ask me to pause using your information while a concern is resolved.
- Portability. Receive the information you gave me in a common, machine-readable format.
- Objection. Object to any use based on my legitimate interests. You can object to marketing emails at any time, and I will stop.
- Withdraw consent. Unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect what happened before you withdrew.
- Complain. Contact your local data protection authority. In the EU, the European Data Protection Board lists each country's authority. In the UK, it is the Information Commissioner's Office. I would welcome the chance to fix the issue first.
10. How to make a request
Send a request by email to privacy@elitesc.ai, or through the contact form at elitesc.ai/contact with the topic "Privacy". Tell me which right you want to use.
- Verification. I will confirm the request comes from you, usually by replying to the email address I have on file. I will ask only for what I need to verify you, and use it only for that.
- Timing. I will confirm receipt within 10 business days. I will respond within one month. If I need more time, I will tell you why, up to the further period the law allows.
- Cost. Requests are free unless they are clearly unfounded or excessive.
11. Children
This site is written for working professionals. It is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given me information, write to me and I will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
I review this policy at least once a year. When I change it, I will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how I use your information, I will email reader list subscribers before it takes effect, and ask for consent again where the law requires it.
