Everything on this site comes from me, Howard Leary II, and from my 28 years in Solution Consulting. The articles, frameworks and tools reflect my experience and my judgment. I publish them to help Solution Consultants and Presales leaders improve how they work and lead.

My editorial standards

I review everything before it’s published, for accuracy and clarity, and for whether it will help the person reading it. The opinions and recommendations are my own.

When I share an experience from my career, it happened. I leave out names and details that could identify a customer or an employer.

When I reference outside research or someone else’s ideas, I name the source and give credit.

How I use AI

I use AI tools to help with research, outlining, drafting and editing. They help me work faster and write more clearly.

AI doesn’t decide what I say. I review every suggestion before anything is published. The ideas and judgment are mine, and I approve the final wording.
